We developed to minimize pressure loss, by analizing the flow condition in the inner mechanism.

*Studing the block of flow in the each structures, we found the solutions to reduce the loss.

Medium pressure , Twin valve Type

• Both socket and plug have automatic shut-off valves for medium pressure applications.
• Various packing materials enable a wide variety of applications and conditions.

• When disconnecting
  both socket and plug are sealed by automatic shut off valves instantly.
• When connecting
  automatic shut off valves of socket and plug opens and seals by O-ring with Backup-ring.

*Putting dust covers on socket and plug under disconnection is recommendable.
*Different sizes are not interchangeable.

Caution

Do not connect or disconnect couplings under pressure.

Do not apply pressure on socket or plug under disconnected. This may cause the valve to be blown out.

Do not hit top of valves with hammer or other tools.This may cause leakage or malfunction.
For hydraulic fluid use , keep its flow rate less than 8m/s.

When mounting on a male thread, excessive tightening may cuase the crack coupling.

Scraps of the seal tape and dust causes fluid leakage. Be careful not to stick them to the couplings.
