High pressure (20.5MPa) Twin valve Type , Stainless Body

• Both socket and plug have automatic shut-off valves for high pressure applications.
• Stainless steel SUS304 for excellent resistance to corrosion.
• The design of inner seal mechanism allows working pressure of 20.6 Mpa.

 

 

• When disconnecting
  both socket and plug are sealed by automatic shut off valves instantly.
• When connecting
  automatic shut off valves of socket and plug open and seal by O-ring with Backup-ring.

*Putting dust covers on socket and plug under disconnection is recommendable.
*Fluid can flow from both socket and plug.
*When mounting in a female thread or hose, please use a nipple.

Caution

Do not connect or disconnect couplings under pressure as well as with residual pressure.

Do not apply pressure on socket or plug under disconnected. This may cause the valve to be blown out.

For hydraulic fluid use, ,keep its flow rate less than 8m/s.

When mounting on male thread, excessive tightening may cuase the crack of coupling.

Scraps of the seal tape and dust causes fluid leakage. Be careful not to stick them to the couplings.
